We ask that everyone book the morning flights so you can land in the afternoon. Upon arrival, someone will greet you and escort you to the bus. You will then will travel to the hotel location.

Half Day Catamaran
Please join us on island Isla Tortuga for a half day excursion from 10am-2PM
Welcome Mixer: After settling in your room, join us for the meet & greet mixer from 5-7pm.

Feel free to explore prior to the ceremony. We ask that everyone is back at the hotel by 3pm to prepare for the wedding. The wedding will start at 4:30 PM Costa Rica time.
